Published price tables, photo quotes and written contracts

All labour packages, size-based all-in ranges and individual trade line items published on our Aurora bathroom renovation cost page and across our service pages are provided as transparent planning benchmarks for homeowners. Amounts are listed in Canadian dollars prior to applicable HST and reflect our published price tables as of the update date shown in the footer.

How website figures and photo quotes proceed to a formal contract:

  • Quotes prepared from uploaded photos or video. When you submit bathroom photos or a walkthrough video via our online quote form, we prepare a line-by-line written estimate based on the visible room conditions. Concealed conditions behind finished walls or floors—such as rotted subflooring beneath a toilet, hidden joist framing direction, or unvented ductwork inside a ceiling—are noted as assumptions to be confirmed during our on-site check.
  • In-home verification and signed agreement. Before any demolition or construction starts, we verify measurements and site conditions in person and set out the confirmed scope, schedule, progress payment milestones and total price in a written renovation contract. That signed agreement and its itemized schedule govern the work.
  • Ontario Consumer Protection Act rules. Under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, a written estimate included in a home renovation contract caps the final charge at no more than 10% above the estimate unless both parties agree in writing to new or changed work. Labour warranty and manufacturer product coverage

Every bathroom renovation we complete is backed by our written workmanship warranty for the duration stated in your signed contract, plus a complimentary service visit during the first 12 months for minor settling adjustments.
