When you request an itemized bathroom estimate or send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, telephone number, email address, postal code, neighbourhood, bathroom type, room dimensions, scope notes, budget range, preferred timing, and any bathroom photos or short videos you upload.
  • Form security and attribution metadata. To block automated spam bots and see which pages generate homeowner inquiries, our server records the submitting IP address, a short-lived cryptographic form token, the page path, and standard campaign parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium or gclid).
  • Anonymous site analytics. When analytics are configured, Google Analytics 4 loads after visitor interaction to measure aggregate page views and clicks. You can block analytics at any time using your browser settings or content blockers.
  • Click-to-load maps. The Google Map embed on our service areas and contact pages does not load until you click the button to display it.

How we use your information

We use your contact details and uploaded bathroom photos strictly to provide the services you request:

  • Scheduling an on-site measurement visit, preparing layout drawings, coordinating Town of Aurora permits when authorized, and completing your bathroom renovation; see our 5-step process.
  • Booking your complimentary first-year adjustment call and honouring our written labour warranty.
  • Protecting our website and forms against automated abuse.

We never sell, rent or trade homeowner contact information or uploaded project photos. Marketing emails are sent only if you actively check the optional consent box on our quote form, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Service providers and cross-border processing

To operate bathroomrenovationaurora.ca securely, we rely on three infrastructure providers:

If you request a photo quote and decide not to proceed, we retain your inquiry and uploaded photos only long enough to answer follow-up questions, after which unneeded photo attachments are removed. When you hire us to renovate your bathroom, we retain your signed contract, itemized estimate, invoices and job records for the duration of your labour warranty and for the statutory tax and legal retention period required by the Canada Revenue Agency and Ontario law.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your data

Under PIPEDA, you may contact us at any time to:

  • Ask for a copy or summary of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Update or correct your email address, telephone number or street address.
  • Withdraw consent for optional email updates.
  • Request deletion of inquiry records or uploaded photos that are no longer required for active warranty, legal or tax compliance.
